Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before participating in the March Promotion. By participating in the Promotion, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1| Promotion Period

The March Promotion is valid for a limited time only:  

- Begins on March 1st, 2024 [12:00 AM EDT] 

- Expires on March 31st, 2024 [11:59 AM EDT]  

 2| Promotion Eligibility 

The March Promotion is open to all clients worldwide who purchase a Jasmine ring design during the promotion period through our official website or showroom.

3| Promotion Incentive

The March Promotion incentive is: 

- The Discount amount for this promotion is 15% off Jasmine ring designs.

- All Zen Moissanite Jasmine designs are eligible (see Section 5 & 6 Promotion Inclusions & Exclusions)

4| Promotion Application 

Discounts will be applied to your order (on Jasmine designs) automatically & directly at purchase. 

5| Promotion Inclusions 

All Zen Moissanite Jasmine ring designs are eligible for the March Promotion including:  

- In stock Jasmine designs 

- Made to order Jasmine designs 

• Including Moissanite or Lab Diamond center stone (any shape, size, cut) 

• Including Plain or Pavé band (¼, ½, ¾, or full Moissanite/Lab Diamond eternity) 

• Including Moissanite or Lab Diamond Hidden Halo 

• Including Single or Double Prongs 

• Including Metal upgrades (18k yellow, rose, or white Gold & Platinum) 

• Including Band Width (Thin, Standard, Wide or Custom) 

• Including Engraving

6| Promotion Exclusions 

The following items are excluded from the March Promotion:  

- Purchases made outside the Promotion Period (placed before March 1st, 2024 or after March 31st, 2024) 

- Purchases made from any collection other than Jasmine designs. 

- Design upgrades that fall outside of the Jasmine design. Upgrades that don’t qualify under the Jasmine features can be incorporated at full price.

7| Promotion Limitations 

- The maximum discount per order is 15% (one discount per order) 

- The maximum discount per client is 15% (one discount per client) 

- No additional coupons, discounts, or promotions can be applied in combination with the March Promotion. 

- The Discount amount cannot be refunded or credited. 

- The Discount amount is non-transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash or any other form of compensation.

8| Payment Plan Eligibility

Payment plans are eligible towards the March Promotion, with exceptions: 

- In-House PayPal Payment Plans exceptions: 

Clients must pay 50% of their total by the end of the March Promotion (March 31, 2024) to be eligible for this promotion. If the 50% threshold has not been reached by this milestone, the order will not be eligible for the March Promotion. 

- Affirm Payment Plans: no exceptions or exclusions, orders paid via Affirm are eligible for our March Promotion.  

9| Promotion Abuse 

Any fraudulent activity or abuse of this Promotion, as determined by us, may result in disqualification from the Promotion and any future promotions, as well as legal action, if applicable.   

10| Limitation of Liability 

We are not responsible for any technical or computer failures, errors, or interruptions that may occur during the Promotion. If you are experiencing difficulties checking out, please contact us.  

11| Privacy 

Any personal information provided by participants will be used in accordance with our Privacy Policy. 

12| Governing Law 

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the province of Ontario, Canada.  

13| Promotion Disclaimer 

The Promotion may be subject to additional terms and conditions at our discretion. We reserve the right to modify, extend, suspend, or terminate the March Promotion at any time without notice. By participating in the March Promotion, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.
